Coil harness connectors
didn't see anything in the stickies that specifically talks about these:
1) took my coils out for the first time yesterday. what a a pain in a*s is it to get the electrical connectors off. there's got to be a trick to this that I'm missing - anyone??
2) My plugs seemed to be almost frozen in the head. I had to really wrench on them to get 'em out. should I lube 'em with WD40 for next time?
3) Plugs are supposedly the originals (w/70k miles) but they look really clean. very little electrode wear. should I change them anyway or let them go another 30k?

1. Just use a screw driver to help pry the connectors off once you have the clip pressed in completely.
2. Put a dab on anti-seize on the plug threads (careful not to get any on the electrodes) when you put them back in.
3. Replace the plugs with either NGK platinums (replace every 60k) or NGK V-power coppers (replace every 30k).
