O2 Sensor Circuit Malfunction

I'm about to change the front O2 sensor based on a code that pops up every now & then. Each of the three times that it set the CEL, I cleared the code and didn't hear from it for months. It's popped again, but much sooner this time. The code P0150 (a.k.a. 0303) suggests a circuit malfunction. So....I was wondering if anyone has actually found the source of this code to be a bad harness or connection.....Or is it more likely a bad sensor.

Thanks.

Most likely it's a bad sensor.

Agreed, but I always wonder about these things....And was curious to see if anyone actually had a bad circuit connection.
