emissions?

I have completely demodded my car except my y pipe...not even an intake anymore.....and last year I still had trouble passing PA emissions with just an intake and y-pipe. I took off the intake and have just the y-pipe now, but I was wondering if there is anything I can do to help pass emissions. Would the grade of gas help since it'd burn cleaner? I heard that having the engine at running temperature helps as well...I'm looking for anything, except obviously buying another calispec stock pipe to put back on..haha thanks

you demodded because you though it was preventing you from passing emissions?

You car has to be fully warmed when you take it for emission otherwise you'll fail, due to the lack of pre-cats that is found on the stock y-pipe, but not present on an aftermarket one.

I know that in the place I go to in Chicago, if you fail the emissions test. They give you the option of driving around to warm up the car, then they let you re-test.
