this might be a weird question but, which way should the short shifter be facing? i forgot how it looks stock. is the curvature going towards the rear of the car or towards the front?

I just installed mines today, but in neutral it looks like it is in 3rd gear. Did I put it in facing the wrong way? Or is there something I can adjust? I got my pace setter this week. Ordered it a couple of months ago from carparts.

I think so, I think it should be the other way, try it, I don't think it should be that bad changing it up, try it, it's worth it, and couple of months ago, yak

well, i ordered back in march and they told me it was on backorder for two weeks. that was cool. and then when my ship date came along, they emailed me and said it would take another month. when that shipdate came along, they emailed and said it would take another month. i was thinking, screw them. so i wanted to cancel because it was taking forever. because it was paid for by credit card, i had to call them and cancel over the phone. when i called them they told me they shipped it out. i was happy but kinda mad too. oh well. so to answer your question simply, it took over two months.
