Check engine light?

My CEL is on. I just purchased a Actron cp9125 off of ebay. Where would it connect?

To your OBD-II plug in your fuse box under the steering wheel, remove it and see.

isnt it under the steering wheel? not in the fuse box on 96-99. my 95 has the obdII on the passenger side footwell, and the NIS-1 connetor uin the fuse box

I believe 96+ have both the NIS-1 and the OBD-II connector in there from what i've seen, my 95 has the obd-ii in the passenger side as well...
