I think they help by protecting the chasis by the SFC taking the beating, and
judging by the pictures I saw it looks like one big a$$ strut bar so Im sure it
will stiffen up the max making for better handeling. I dunno I could be wrong.

home from work today I was driving a lil fast on a nice curve putting the ksports
to work when I hit sumthin HARD and I look on my rear view and I see like a
bigo dust cloud or dubree or sumthin. So I pull over the nearest gas station
to make sure it wasnt my tranny or block that being the first thing I was
worried about then checked my C.A.I. that almost hangs under the motor and
all was good, thank GOD.. THen I didnt even wanna check the LIP thinking I
took a big chunk out of it, NOpe it wasnt the lip either. So I test my car and
everythings okay and I go back to see what I hit and it was just a grooves of
the road.. I drive down this road everyday just never in that lane but never
had I hit that.. Being peranoid I check under the car and I see deep scrapes
on what looks to be the frame that the motor sits on.. Its right in the middle
of the car. Thank god for what ever it is cause damn I hit hard.. So I guess
after the Maxima Meet this weekend Im raising her
up..

You know whats funny?

I had D2 coilovers on my 97SE and had it down pretty low for a while, and would constantly feel harsh bumps and dips in the road; every once the bottom of my car; k section, underbody frame, etc would scrape the ground and cause sparks to fly behind me. . . I couldnt stand it sometimes; as great as the car looked. The bottom line is you can NOT drive even the speed limit in some cases; on unfamiliar roads. It looks great though.

the car scrapes even more with sfc's but they also act like skidplates.

Thanks.. Yeah Im starting to know where I can and can not go.. Im getting
better at cutting dips and harsh hills.. Its something I already thought I was
good at but I guess Ive never been this low so I needs to get used to it.
