Standing Water in Jack Compartment

In fishing out my tools from the jack compartment in the trunk, I felt quite a bit of standing water in the bottom. My tools and bag were slimy and muddy, indicating the water has been there for some time. Has anyone else noticed this? Is this typical? Is there a problem that needs to be fixed?
I just took a Shop-Vac and stuck it down there to suck the water out (a few months ago) but the water is back. Thoughts?

There is a drain hole there.. apparently it's clogged..
Grab the shop vac and a flashlight..

Yeah I had this problem . I had to resel the bolts on my spoiler and that seemed to fix it. There are grommets with drains so clan em out. It should do it for you.

It could also be from the sunroof drains (if you have a sunroof) or from the antenna drain.
