selling with mods?

i'm thinking about selling my max but from everything i heard mods decrease the sell value. i can return it to stock except for my paint and brakes. should i try and sell it as is? if so, what's a good price. it's a 96 GLE with 120k but it runs perfect.

try to sell it just like that in the F/S section. your car would prolly sell just like that to someone, im sure for around 4500 to 5500ish.. try that first and if that doesn't work then you can go back to stock. Everybody is complaining how there aren't enough good deals anywhere but the north east.

i wouldnt worry to much about the paint depriciating the value of the car, i think it would have the opposite effect. but all of the other mods wont help, if you cant find a seller on here part out the individual mods then sell as close to stock as you can.

if i decide to go that way, it will be everything you see in my sig. stillen lip kit, stillen front strut bar, clear corners, wings west spoiler, and the rims and tires. my exhaust, suspension, and brakes will have to stay cause i no longer have the stock parts. i just don't see who would want to buy a stock maxima painted bright blue.

You might as well leave the clear corners on. Good luck with insurance on the 300ZX. It will cost you your left nut.

try to sell it to a young buck looking for a hot ride...he will pay.....or someone here.....but for the most part modded cars dont get much more unless u find an enthusiast that would want it all modded....def not going to get uncle joe to buy it though

well i'm a girl and have no accidents or tickets on my record. but it's still alot more than the max which is the only reason i havent gone out and gotten one yet. that and with my luck everything will break, it would be smarter getting a new car but this is what i have always wanted.
