Looking for diagrams or instruction...

Im installing the Front lower subframe ES bushing set (and front control arm set). After spending some time under the car, im kindof hesitant to try and attempt to "wing" this install.

Anyone with an FSM? Post up a helpfull diagram for me please?

One for the front control arm removal would be helpfull as well.

Thanks

Im mostly concerned with torque settings as well as any special tools or "tricks" that should be used/needed.

There's a section in Jime's site where you can download full factory service manuals.
Here's the link.

The control arm bushings are going to be a PITA. You will have to take the LCAs off the car, torch of the old bushing, and have the new ones pressed in...

The lower subframe bushings are fairly straightforward... PoLo has a good writeup on his website... I don't have it bookmarked - but some googling on Polo and Maxima might be a quick way to dig it up.

Look for Nick's cardomain page - he has a write up on the LCA removal/replacement.. you can use that to get the old LCA off ... we did that together on my car... we just swapped in new LCAs - I ended up selling my LCA ES bushings to another org'er just recently because it looked like it was going to be too much of a hassle (without a shop) to swap in the ES bushings into the old LCA.
