Grounding the Maxima

According to these 2 links, which directions should I follow ? I already have a few 4 guage wires.

http://www.vqpower.com/v2/modules.ph...howpage&pid=68

http://www.vqpower.com/v2/modules.ph...rticle&sid=149

What is the difference in the performance of those two different grounding setups?

Thanks

They both look like grounding kits to me. The difference of performance between them will probably be negligable.

I personally purcahsed 0/1 gauge knukonceptz wiring and battery connectors. I left all stock wiring in place. I "upgraded" all ground wiring first which was the most siginificant (approx 0.6 volt increase @ idle); it also included sanding all the connections, they were all corroded badly. I also did the alternator to battery wire which gave me about 0.1 volt @ idle. And to top it all of the battery that was in my max was put to rest about 2 weeks ago and was replaced by a optima red top.

before 13.21 v
after 14.25 v

Do you think doing this would help me decrease the "shaking" of the car while it is idling(in Park, Reverse, Nuetral and Drive, 2, and 1.) Do you think the effects are worth it ?

I don't think it should. Your car wouldn't be shaking because of that. It might be something else.

If your car is shaking my first guess would be that maybe your motor mounts are shot

Sounds like you may have a low idle issue.
