HELP!!! Steering - pzero nero m&s
I did some searching through the forums and couldn't find any help as of yet.
I'm having a problem with my steering. Basically the best way to describe this problem is... it's like driving with 4 flat tires. Basically, I feel very limited steering response at low speeds. The car feels like it's dragging and the steering isn't anywhere near responsive to how it's supposed to be. Needless to say that this is making my car feel extremely sluggish overall. There are no noises or fluid leaks of any kind. I did make some changes recently, as follows:
- Tokico Illumina Struts/Spring combo 3f/3r settings
- Pirelli Pzero Nero M&S 225/55/16 set at 35psi front, and 32.5 psi rear (stock 5 star 16 in. 97 SE rims)
- Replaced Both Lower Control Arms (Bushings and Ball Joints included)
- 4 KYB dustboots (miata/mustang combo)
This was all done last thursday.
Any ideas are greatly appreciated.

Hey Nick,
Thanks for the response. I guess I will give it a shot. I know that alot of members here are supporting the ES bushings, but is it really that drastic of a difference between brand new OEM bushings?
Any other ideas? I figure that while I'm going to be in there taking stuff apart again - might as well change whatever I can down there. I already changed the inner tie rods approx. 7 months ago also.

go with OEM rubber, they handle just as good as ES, but without all that unwanted harshness and nervous feeling in steering wheel
I've had ES bushings on my car for 6 months and they drove me crazy, once swapped them out in favor oe OEM rubber it was like driving new car again , smooth sailing
thats about it, you already done LCA's and balljoints along with inner tie rods
other than sway bar bushings your front end should give you controlled and smooth ride
Nick.
