Strut boots

Is there a reason why strut boots are required when changing shocks and struts and lowering? If they are needed, where would I get them?

yea cuz most of the times the boots are all ripped an messed up.. they are like $8 at advance autp parts

They help keep put dirt/dust. The oem ones on mine basically have disintigrated. Getting kybs tomorrow

to install with illuminas.
