grounding kits

i read in the 6th gen forum that this one guy got remarkable mpg after he installed his grounding kit.
now is this possible for us 4th gens? if so....where wud be a good place and good brand of ground wires to buy.

now for those with grounding wires....what do u think of it? is it worth the extra money?
or is it something with not that much of a big difference?

Blemco or Active Tuning makes nice grounding kits for $40-50. I currently run the AT kit. Never worried about mpg, so I never checked. If you have an auto, it'll make it feel better. That's about all I noticed. And it adds color to your engine bay. How can you go wrong with $40?

Here's a link to VQPower's Active Tuning kit review.

Gains? There are no gains. Just steadier electrical power. Go to Autozone, spend $20 on three differing lengths of 4 gauge battery cable and use those to ground the big three: alternator, battery, grounds on the lower IM. Be sure to rough up any area that you are planning to ground to so there isn't any grime or paint in the way.

make ur own grounding kit its easier and cheaper. took me about 30 minutes to cut and crimp 5 wires and 10 ring connectors and put every thing together

what gauge wires are recommended? i had the impulse to use the 4gauge wire that i have for my amp power cable but then i came to reality andrealized that 4gauge is pretty damn thick!
