i got the code P1400 DPFE Low input
i dont know with this is. I just got a jdm 20-40k mile engine in it from japan. It includes a MEVI. I also got a 02 sensor circuit malfunction and Knock sensor circuit malfunction. I replaced the KS on my old engine which i have so im prolly going to pull the good one off the old engine and put it on the new one. But do you guys know what the first code is?

my manual says that p1400 is the egr and canister control solenoid valve circuit.

don't ask me how to fix it, i've never done anything with the emissions before... but at least now you know what the code means. maybe just a bad connector/something you forgot to plug in? (assuming you did the swap yourself, i know there are lots of little details it's hard to keep track of)

 

Swap was done by a real reputable swap. Now thats not saying mistakes dont happen because small ones almost always seem to happen. But the DPFE is what the code is comming up as through the scanner maybe the number its getting is wrong or vice versa.
