question to those who just received CE 95 r/c

Alright guys i just got the tail lights in for my Girls car.

Had a couple problems with them still, the wiring harness's still have some issues. the areas where you are supposed to put the bulb in and turn into place isnt cut correctly. it won't allow both nubs on the bulb to be put in correctly.

And the weather striping doesnt fit right.

the inners on the trunk itself have some spacing problems too. it has about a 1/16 of an inch or more gap towards the middle of the trunk, on both sides.

Anyone else having these issues?

Im not complaining in any way, the tails are staying on and they are fine like that, but im just wondering if im the only one with these issues?

Are you positive you are putting the right bulb in the right socket?

I noticed the same problem trying to install some on a friends car, we just ended up using the factory harness for the outters tail lights and forced the inner ones to fit. About the rubber on the sides, just force it to seat properly with your finger while someone slowly pushes the light in.

If what you say is true, then CE is wrong when they said ALL issues have been resolved. More people need to chime in on this to confirm...........

It isnt really a problem, because it works perfectly otherwise.

It is a problem. We, the consumers, shouldn't have to "make things work" no matter how small and trivial it is. CE needs to find a company that has a better QA/QC program.

its not a major problem, it is though an issue that they should bring up again. I and my girl do not mind the minimal problems. We did work around them. and wasnt a real headache, i was only wondering if others had this same issue. and what they did to fix it.

Im not gunna send these back and wait a year for another batch, they are liveable as is.
