Car start help

for the past month everytime i start my car, the RPM starts below 1, then within a quick second automatically revs itself up to like 1500 Rpm and then drops down to 1100. it does it as if it needs help from the Rev to keep the car running. and i know that for sure, because just the other day i turned it on, the engine sounded like i turned it on but within a second all the lights came on the cluster. and then i tried it again and at the same time i rev'd the engine to like 2500 and it turned on successfully. this usually happens in the morning when the car is cold and i just started it, it doesn't happen during the day when the car has already been warmed up. what can this be? please help.

Clean TB/IACV
Check for codes. (possible codes ECTS/CPS)
Check all intake tubing for leaks etc.

so your saying that the car could have trouble starting because of an uncleaned throttle body and idle air control valve?

As well as a sensor malfunction and possible air leaking from your intake tubing.
