Diagnostic maxima techs needed.

I got a CEL on today, decided to scan it about 10 min ago. To my surprise I got the same code as I did a month ago.

-Low efficiency of the Catalyst
-Fuel trim Bank 1 malfunction.

Here's the deal, I replaced my cat with a brand spanking new one. As for the fuel trim Issuse I was told it was my front 02 sensor so I decided to replace all 3 sensors and call it a day. Never had a problem intill last night. So what gives? Any thoughts. Im just about to $5-6k worth of repairs so far on this car. Its like a christmas list that never ends.

Did you clear the codes after you fixed your car?

Bad fuel injector? Pull the plugs and look closely at the color. If one seems odd, thats your problem.
