Car Faster

what are ways to make the 4th Generation faster than stock besides an engine swap, turbo kit, or cold air intake? im trying to hook my max to the max performance, but at the same time not trying to go too crazy

If even a cold air intake is too much for you, then I think you gotta start ripping out your backseat and ditch the spare. There's nothing much you can do that's simpler than a CAI.

Y-pipe and start to work on handling too. Our Maxes aren't too bad with power, but the handling is garbage.

Doesn't that contradict itself? Read the faq's and stickies.

That statement = I'm broke, but I'd like something like the Ebay chip... does it really add 15HP?

^ if you read your stickys and search then you would know the answer. but just to throw you a bone. most Y's wont give you a loud muffler. about 15 ppl out of maybe 500 ppl said they got bees in a can, which is a noise in the muffler but your odds are slim.

The first mistake you made was to buy a nice 98 Maxima SE with an autotragic transmission.
