Question about rear O2 sensor

I went to OxygenSensor.com to check out the prices of the rear O2 sensors. I saw NTK (universal) and Walker (OE). Is one better than the other?

i wouldn't go with the universal then u have to splice wires pretty sure u would spend the extra liek 10$ and make life easier on yourself by just pluging it in
