What is the brightest overwattage headlight bulbs can i get for my car? I absolutely do not care about what color light they will put out, as a matter of fact i would prefer yellow instead of bluish light. I heard there are bulbs 100/130 watts...I will be upgrading my harness before the install.
Anyone know of some very good very bright bulbs?

I don't know if this helps but I purchased some Yellow Superbright ions from www.eurolights.com The bulb has printed 85/100 watt but I'm not so sure about that. My old civic had the H4 type headlights and man were those bright, they were great. They could have replaced the fogs on my car. Since then I've installed the 9004's on my Max and they don't appear to be as bright as the H4's. I don't believe that they really run at 85/100 because I've never had a problem with burning out the harnesses on the headlights. I've run the high beams for at least an hour straight (it was at night on a desereted highway) and haven't had problems with the harness. Anyways you can check em out, although the first set of lights they sent me, one of them blew out and left a nice mess for me to clean out of the headlight. My brother had the same problems with their blue/gold ions...I think he blew three in a row before getting his money back...stay away from those ones.

If you do not care about white looking light then any non-coated overwattage bulbs would do. Try this --> http://www.jcwhitney.com/productnoit...D=5229&BQ=jcw2

Thanks, that looks really good. Is there a bulb that has a 100w low beam? I will be upgrading the harness of course, even with the 80w bulbs.

Nope I don't know of any bulbs with 100w low. Some bulbs adverised with 100/130 but I don't think that's true wattage output, but rather they're advertising that their bulbs produce lights equivalent to bulbs running that wattage.
