( even tho its already put away for the winter)

hehe im guessing youve seen the video of the caravan smoking the camaro....

yeah actually it was that video that inspired it all. after a bit of research and a quick check on ebay motors we realized how possible the project really was. oh and Paul Smith's van, the one in the vid, still isnt the fastest turbo van out there

Well there's one pic of my weekend car in the sig, the car doesn't get much use right now but will after this winter hopefully. '88 300zx turbo 5 spd, no rust, 113,000 miles, near perfect interior, Eibach's w/ illuminas, 3" catback. It needs new lifters though I think. It runs perfect for about 30 minutes and then there's a "ticking" that sounds like it's coming from the intake area of the motor, right in the center of the V somewhere. Hopefully I'll get the heads reworked this winter or just pick up a set of cheap used ones to get it on the road.

Hopefully with a boost gauge and controller I'll be in the low 14's next summer, but it really depends on how much boost it will take without an intercooler or fuel system upgrade, we'll see what happens...

not gonna vouch for the other guy, but i was saying that not everyone can afford to drop $1k+ on a set of recaros, where-as a set of APC seats is like $250 and get the job done.. not that i would put them in my car but you know...
