Who has a maintenance manual?

Further to my poll on who has an owner's manual, I am wondering how many owners have maintenanace manuals for their 4th Generation Maximas.

I have a Haynes manual and feel at a minimum all owners should have either a Haynes or a Chilton's manual and should become conversant with it.

Similar to perusing the FAQs and stickies, familiarity with these publications would help to eliminate a lot of the repost and new queries.

I suspect we would get similar ?'s from some people who had a manual, but were too lazy to read it.

I'm just trying to get a sense of the %s.

Haynes, got it at AutoZone when I got the materials to do my first oil change.

I had a Chilton for my last car and found it to be a bit vague as it covered several models. Although the Haynes does include the late 3rd gen I have found it very helpful in every instance.

Is there anywhere else to download the FSM? I had trouble opening the file from the G20 site.

Bobo's poll happy today. I have a manual, but I couldn't tell you what's in it though, it came with the car. I'm a complete when it comes to doing my own repair work. I have a friend who's a Nissan Master Tech, he treats me good.

Yes! I was thinking the same thing, lol. I'm thinking, why would "threat" a friend who works on my car for next to nothing for? Good catch! Funny. ^^^^^^

pdf FSM for each year 1993-2004, and autozone.com. I got some crappy ebay fsm, all text, don't buy that.

I also have Mitchell DVDs all makes/models 1983-2004. That thing's crazy huge. More info, diagnostic, and diagrams then I'll ever need.
