Cefiro Retrofit Complete!!

I finally had some time this weekend and a good friend of mine Mad-Max_SE used his expertise and was able to help me get these things retrofitted. They are 745 bi-xenon projectors w/ 4100K bulbs. We were pretty happy with how things turned out. Unfortunately the solenoid for the high beams was positioned at an angle on the bottom of the projector so it was quite difficult to get a perfectly even cutoff up front but it works fine. We'll probably pull the headlights apart sometime in the future and see if we can get them totally flat. Anyway heres some pics - enjoy!

its was a little costly
235 for the cefiros
150 for the projectors
150 for the bulbs, ballasts and ignitors
about 50 for extra materials (wiring, weather stripping, etc.)

fitment of the headlights is kinda hard - we couldnt get them perfectly flush by the corners but its really not that noticeable

not sure why "its not worth the time" it is a little expensive, but thus is modding.

Is there a way to get the cefiros a little more flush without bodywork?

BTW, nice work. It looks like you got them to fit better than most.

Very OT, but why does your profile say you have a 1999 Maxima, while your sig blatantly shows a 95-96?

after reading just about every post that u have said u have said nothing but negative things about everyones stuff. well i think they look sick, u can stick with ur halogens or glare ridden hid's in ur reflector houseing. these look sick and i cant wait to get the rest of the parts to do it!!

I think its a nice setup. The Cefiros are the hardest to retrofit into our cars, but a little weather stripping always does the trick. Another plus for having projectors thrown in there as well.

Those look great.

wow cefiros look awesome! IMO cefiros > maximas but i still love mine to the max! ima... lol anyway that's what i love about maximas. you can mod them towards performance AND make em look peeymp eg cefiro stuff. Great work man! i'd love to do a headlight mod but im too lazy and too poor x(

another great post by our "friend" naplesmaxima

They look pretty good. I use to think that only one projector looked kind of strange, but yours fits in there nicely.

I'm not a great fan of the cefiro fitment on the maxima but this is probably one of the best retrofitment jobs I have seen. I personally wouldn't do it mainly because I'd rather spend that money on performance related items. But I do give the guy credit for his work.
