Air Bag Light Flashes!

Just as the title says, My Air bag Light in my 99 Max SE flashes. I am not 100% sure, but I think it started when one of my subs stopped working... does that sound likely? Could my bass of rattled a air bag sensor? Is there any "do it yourself" fixes for this? Anything I should Check? I have checked the "air bag" fuse in the dash... and unfortunatly its fine. I have still not determined the problem of the sub (wiring disconnected, or blown sub).
Any tips would be great, my guess is the dealership would take me to town.

resetting air bag light, obviously makes the light go away.. BUT does it come back on if there is still a problem??? Like, I do want my air bags to work... Even though I have no plans to crash my car any time soon, Id like to think I have "safe".

Yes - everytime you start your car, various diagnostics are run (ABS, SRS, etc.). If the problem persists after resetting the light, the diagnosis will find it again and reset the light.

I always had crap under my front seats, thenone day the airbag light started flashing, I removed all the garbage and reset. Worked great, the moment I got crap under the seat touching some of the cords the light blinked again, I moved it away, reset. No more light..I just don't put anything under it anymore.

The airbag light in my car was flashing, took it to the dealer since it was still under the used car warranty. They said it was the side aigbag in the passenger seat, and i didnt know about about the whole reset thing. Now, my light is constinley on but only in the corner, like there hiding the light or something. Where can i look to find and fix this prob? Thanks alot.

ok, The button in the door pillar hey.. So thats the lil black button right inbetween the front and back door.... And when you touch it, the door ajar button flashes right??? Well, I left the key in the on position and pushed WAY over 10 times in 10 secs and then put the key to off, then turn it on right away, the air bag light goes solid, then starts flashing right away..... Should it stay off for a little? or start flashing right away?

W00t, Fixed it. Removed Contents from under both seats, bashed passenger and driver air bags. Push rubber button exactly 10 times, Held it in when starting car, and presto
