Hey, I've looked through like 16 pages of the topics and I couldn't find what I was looking for. If a thread about this already exists, please just send me a link and don't flame me. Anyhow, onto the issue.

I am looking to put a Black Leather interior from either a GLE or SE into my GXE. However, while visiting www.car-parts.com, I noticed that some of the items had "codes" next to them. Example:

4SD,PUR,BUC,CLO,CODE -H
4SD,BLK,BUC,CLO,CODE -G

Couple Questions:

1) What does PUR mean?
2) What does BUC mean?
3) What does Code H or Code G represent?

I've only seen H's or G's for the codes...so I assume those are the only codes.

If anyone can help me...THANKS. I just don't want to buy the wrong style or whatever that code represents and then have two interiors I don't want.

 

u should contact www.car-parts.com and ask them what they means...

 

Ima go out on a limb here and guess that BUC means Bucket Seat.

 

The places that list their parts on there seem to have their own code system..
Just a few guesses...

PUR = purple??
BLK = Black
CLO = Cloth
BUC = Bucket Seat
4SD = 4 door sedan

 

lol, any seat out of any 4th gen max will fit any 4th gen max.

And to the other guy...I doubt PUR means purple lmao. *cringes thinking of Purple leather seats*

 

LOL..yeah I know. But sometimes they mislabel things. Not like they're Maxima specialists.

Could be grey interior thats worn out and looks purple?? Who knows..

 

Yeah...anyhow...I will be eventually buying a black leather interior. I'm bidding on the car tommorow. Wish me luck ya'll.
