RT is good quality stuff.
I have an RT cat, it's my second one (not because it gave out, but its my second max)... I had an RT downpipe on my supra, it was one of the best designs I had seen for anything near that price.

Mine fell apart. As did many other RT cats for the maxima. They are crap. I actually run a 4-gen carsound cat and it's been perfect for the time it's been installed (2 years approx) The RT gave out in like 1 year.

Just get a universal Catco and have flanges welded to it. I'm not sure if they still do, but a before, their cores were just Catco and Random welded the flanges and made them fit. They're local to me, and I've talked to local shops that supply them with stuff for their cats and exhausts. Considering a universal Catco goes for about $50-$60 and a Random is about $180...

Yah as most others said RT's cats suck. Mine broke down in a few months. Unless you like shooting pieces of that brick out your exhaust at the cars behind you....dont get it. I'm sure there are little if any gains on HP from this mod (especially if you are N/A.)
If you are planning on replacing the cat. I would make sure it doesn't have the swivel flanges like the RT ones. I think having these warped my the flanges to my b-pipe so when i replaced it (the RT cat to OEM) I had leaks. Just got some Pertmatex Ultra Copper Hi Temp gasket maker and put this on the flanges instead of the gasket...no more leak. Hope this helps with your exhaust mods.

May I ask why you are looking for a hi flow cat?
They dont provide any power gains. Only reason you should buy one is if you are boosted or your OEM cat is bad and you need a cheap replacement that can still pass smog. If you fall into one of those two categories, get a warpspeed hi flow cat. When my OEM went bad and I needed a replacement to pass smog, I ordered one of theirs and its great. Fits great, cheap and doesnt give a nasty raspy sound.
