Weird problem

I posted this problem before and got told it is coolant temp sensor...
I changed coolant temp sensor and KNock sensor the car felt great but still does it again....
and here is what is going on....
On JUST COLD starts when i put car from Park to Drive or any other gear the rpm goes up and down and tries to die...After warming it up never does it.
I also hear weird noise also like little grinding type noise....

any ideas???
thanks in advance

I did clean my throttle body....and checked the control valve and it looked fine to me...so i left it alone...

i am not sure if it can be TB or IACV..

It sounds like a sticking IACV from your description of the problem. Not sure how you checked the control valve...
