I have my 225/40/18's set at 37.5 PSI all around to help with gas mileage.

Maxima - 30 Front & 27 Rear on the stock 5 spokes with Dunlop Sport A2's.
BMW - 30 all around with HTR+, if I go any higher the center of the rear tires wear before the edges do. Then I wind up with excessively loud tires.

Why are some guys running higher rear tire pressure on a FWD car?
