Who is making the best y-pipe? Does the obx do the job? Our should I go through Budget or custom enterprise? Thanks.

 

Dunno bout OBX or any other brand but the one I got from lssexhaust.com is a good quality one and I don't hear any bees in a can kinda sound.

catman has a GD on y-pipes going on now.

 

save up for cattman headers.

 

headers will hardly give the gains a y-pipe would, for far cheaper.

this is probably because nobody gets them BUT...

i dont think i've ever heard of anyone regretting cattman headers.

 

Happy warpspeed customer right here. Excellent fit, Excellent finish, no bees in a can, good performance, and got it cheap. WSP all the way!

 

OBX makes the worst y pipe. topspeed and stillen are pretty much identical but expensive. WSP and LSS are the most populat due to a low price. SS auto chromes is nice looking but my have fittment issues. Cattmans is probaby the best overall.

i am gonna order a budget in the spring.......hi-flow cats are useless unless boosted...thats that is only one mans opinion

i just put a cattman y-pipe on my 99... the difference is HUGE! No bees in a can noise at all, and the fit was right on.

 

i guess redlinemax is in the runnings. they have both SS and aluminized ($175)

Got a warpspeed in my 96 max. No complaints here. Made a big difference in power. Also no bees in a can sound.
