Healing Maxima

I recently threw a couple codes for camshaft and crankshaft sensors...prior to throwing the codes my car would hate starting up in the morning, it would take at least 1 whole min to start...after the CEL went on my car started turning over right after I turn the key and was confusing me how it would "run" better when sensors need replacing...anyways, this started a week ago and this morning my Maxima's CEL turned off after a warm up in the morning and my car started feeling better than before and now the CEL isn't coming on anymore....I think I may have the chosen one of 4th gen maximas Is this a common occurance of cars healing themselves?! Or is my max a freak?!

My brother's maxima does that (97). Its had about 5 different codes show up in the last year and then just dissapear by themselves. It used to be turboed so it may have something to do with the wiring, it was kinda hacked in there.
