Front passenger window problem

My front passenger side window will not go down all the way on my '98 Max. It goes down about 3/4 of the way, sticks, then tilts forward a bit. Any suggestions? I'm sure I have seen some thread on this before, but couldn't locate it.

if the window is tilting, it may be that that the track the window rides in is loose, either front or rear. another possibility is that the back edge of the window is jamming somehow. this seems like a mechanical problem and you'll have to take the panel off of the door and look in there.

Its probably a styrofoam block that was glued to the back side of the door panel that fell off into the door, just take off the door panel and remove the block.
