Illegal by all sense of the word
Impractical for street use
In no way worth the money when you need to keep refilling bottles
Incredibly damaging to your engine

The most innovative members here that have broken through barriers and tackled their(and some of our) Unicorns were never realistic in their thought process, and that's ultimately how every innovation of this place has come to .... But, I forgot you don't care ...

So you think boosting a motor that wasnt meant to be boosted, doesnt cause premature wear, and thus resulting in engine damage as well?

The illegal thing I can't speak to, because most of the mods on most of the cars here are technically illegal. Of course it could be used only on the track and the bottle could be taken out of the car when it's not being used. I'd have to look up the laws for each state or local jurisdiction to know that it's illegal in every area of the country. I honestly don't know if it is or not. I know it's illegal in some, but not sure about all.

Impractical how? Power on when you want it, not on when you don't.

Worth it? You don't have to use it 18 times a day. You can stretch the use of a bottle, especially if you only use it at the track.

Incredibly damaging? Nah. What's damaging to the engine is people that don't know how to properly tune it. People that try to run 150shot dry shot on 87 octane running 120psi fuel pressure and not pulling any timing. Nitrous doesn't blow engines, people that don't know how to tune do.
