i got 18's with 225/45...had them for about 8 months. The ride is def rougher than stock but I don't mind it. I've got them coupled with GR-2's

How much rougher would you say they are? Are these linear or progressive rate?

not sure on the rate, but you can feel the bumps in the road for sure. I kinda like that though, feels like I have more control of the car.

i haven't been in many other cars with upgraded suspension or anything like that, so it's hard for me to compare, but i'm pretty satisfied with my S-Techs. There are some times when I wish I had stock springs in, but usually I find that it's really nice to have the Teins in.

I would say if 1 is stock ride, and 10 is unbearable, there are around a 3 to 4. maybe a 5.

When I had my Maxima, I had the S-Techs on Illumina Struts, and had 235/40ZR18 tires and with the setting on 3 front and back, it rode very firm, but I like firm because it makes you feel planted to the road, just like my 4Runner.

19's with Illuminas. I find them on the soft side. Should be stiffer.

I have s-techs and GR2's with 18's. They run smoother than the eibachs I think

S-techs with Illuminas set to 5-5 summer 3-3 winter.running 225/50R16s Much stiffer than stock but for my taste they could go a little stiffer esp in the rears. My other choice was eibach but I wanted the lower ride.
