suspension problem....need help

well i went over a bump in the road at about 75 and it threw my car in the air alittle bit. i did not fast and the fourious jump....but it jolted everything pretty well. since then my passenger side hopps up and down really bad. it might just be shaking really bad. it is not a bent rim, or anything like that. what part can i check and how do i check them to get to what the problem is. thanks alot!

Could have blown one of the shocks. Try bouncing the corners. May also have damaged the strut mounts on that side--you can check to see if your strut piston rods are still centered from the engine bay. Usually, it's the front end that takes the abuse of that sort and pays the price for it.

Koni's are very robust but not indescructible. Did you have them on a stiff setting?

In any case, Koni inserts have a lifetime warranty. Unfortunately, I believe you need to send the insert in before they will replace them. That means you have to leave the car idle or install another strut for the time being.

well i am going to look at it later this week, how can you tell if a tie rod or anything like that is bad? i know one way is if it is snapped!, but i mean stuff looks pretty good. i have not had time to take the wheel off and look and stuff, so i gotta look at the mounts and all that stuff. anything eles i should look at?
