Is this normal? (y-pipe related)

Bought a Warpspeed aluminumized y-pipe off an org member, and when I looked at the flex section, it looked just a tad restrictive. (sarcasm being used for humor)

doesnt that seem awfully restrictive to anyone else, and did anyone else notice if their y was like that?

I always think twice everytime I am about to consider buying used exhaust components from anyone. That is probably why I never ended up getting a y-pipe in the first place.

that happens over time, the flex section collapsed in on itself. You gotta get a new one. Like some guy said, theres flex sections for sale here and there, just pick up one of those and slap that bad boy on.
