HELP: OEM Leather Install

I bought a used set of OEM leather off a fellow .orger. It is noticeably used. But anyway, I have cleaned it and used Lexol leather conditioner/protectant. It is much more pliable and softer. Anyway, I was wondering how you go about installing it. The only part I have tried so far are the front headrests. I don't know how they can go on without ripping them! (I started to tear them at the notch for the headrest pole, so I quit ) Any advice on the headrests or the rest of the install?

Thanks

correct. sorry, that wasn't clear. yea, it's basically just the covers. front and rear seats, and headrests. I really didn't want to spend a lot and I got a good deal. I just don't want to have to end up taking to an upholster. Plus, I know a ton of people on her have katskins or the like so I'm sure someone has some first-hand experience.

It should be already stretched so putting it on should be easy start by putting the simplier stuff on bottom half of the seats etc

Do you have hog rings and hog pliers

go to the group deal forum and find the leather seats gd and ask either the seller for install instructions, or look in that post and i'm sure you'll find something. i've done it before and i never used any write up, it's pretty much you learn as you go just be careful. if the leather is ripping, you're either pulling too hard or i don't know, but squish the foam underneath if you need to pull the leather snug over it. goodluck
