High Speed Instability

High Speed Instability
Alright i'm trying to diagnose some of the feelings i get at High speed.
First one is during any type of turn (mild or not). It definately isnt body roll, but feels more like tire roll (if that makes sense...) Could this be caused by underinflated tires or just a bad sidewall? It almost feels as if ive got lateral movement through the turn, but all 4 tires are getting traction.
Second isnt necessarily at high speed, but at intermittent speeds. from 30-45 my steering wheel starts to vibrate up and down. Not horribly, but its annoying. Ive checked my wheels, and it isnt missing any weights. Could this be caused by a failing CV joint in my drivers side axle?
Similar to above, once i hit 60 there is a profound vibration. This I am near sure is caused by the CV joint, but i'd just like someone to confirm that it would be the problem.
Thanks for reading, and help is appreciated!

just because your wheels weights are there doesnt mean that they dont need re balancing......if u have cheap tires with soft sidwalls and underinflated tires that could be a cause of instability in turns....pull the wheels and inspect ur CVs just to be sure everythign is in tact...Good Luck...i hate those little annoying problems.....and while ur inspecting things p front check for loose ball-joints and tie-rods while ur at it
