Does anybody else have an exhaust leak with their y-pipe?

I keep getting a reoccuring exhaust leak with my y-pipe. I have changed the o-ring once already and it fixed it for a while, but now it is back. It happened with my budget pipe and know with my stillen pipe. Is anyone else experiencing this? Could it be from the engine moving too much, though I think I would notice that, plus the mounts look good.

Hahaha, I like your pic RockfordMax! Anyways, I have had a serious leak in muy exhaust since I scathed my bottom on a speed bump! I know if its near your flex-section you can wrap it with header wrap but that really takes the longevity away from your y-pipe...I don't know what to do but get a new y-pipe but I may wait till I get headers!

Well if you get headers, go with cattman, theyre the only ones that actually do anything over stock, otherwise just go with a warpspeed/redmax y pipe. Thats what i have now, and ive got no complaints with it. Fit perfect, no leaks because of how it was made, just because of my impatience and stupidity

yeah, welding would work...I don't want to do that though. I wonder if I can use heavier duty bolts or something. I'm pretty sure it isn't from the pipe, because it has happened with two different manufactors.

how can you tell if its leaking? since i got my WSP y pipe installed ive felt no difference in power, but i do get a hissing noise from 5000-6500rpms. prolly the flex section.

also, i now throw a knock sensor code. i prolly started throwing it before the pipe was installed, but it still sucks. i heard that it could be the 02 sensor, but it does not throw that code. just 0304. hopefully once i get the new knock sensor in i will be able to feel it a bit better. im tihnking possibly the KS has just gone soft and that its saying the engine is knocking, even tho its not. could it be a coincidence? wouldnt it throw the 02 code if i had a 02 sensor prob? i wish id run the CEL check before i got the y pipe installed.

any ideas?

I can hear where the leak is coming from..where the y-pipe meets the stock header. It is a lot worse before the exhaust heats up, but doesn't completely go away.
