Is it possible to have a Twin Turbo Maxima???
If so how much est. would it cost???
How much HP gain would I get?

ANYTHING is possible with enough money. I would figure at least 20k to do a proper VG30DETT engine swap from a 300Z, as that's the only Nissan twin turbo motor readily available.

If you go custom turbo for your VQ motor, a twin-turbo has never been produced. Some 5th gen guys have been playing with a single turbo option for the VQ which would probably cost only a few ks....

A S/C is readily available for $3k to $4k installed, and will add about 80 ponies. That's probably your best option at the moment.
