Security Light On After Starting Car...
Sometimes, very rarely I might add, the security light stays lit after starting the car. If i shut it down, and restart it will not come back. Is this a symptom of anything? Faulty IMMU or ECM?

i dunno what it is a symptom of, by mine did that once when i seafoamed the intake. it went away after a day though.

its your immobilizer system. '99+ Max's have the immobilizer feature built into the key

Mine used to do that then i put a viper system on and now it stoped. Weird but it worked, the two may not be related though
