Rocker Panel Damage

Do you think this could be repaired with some bondo? Or should I have it cut off and replaced. To have it cut its gonna cost about 2,000. Opinions?

ouch! cut and replace. thats probably not the best area for bondo.

touch it up best you can and maybe a lip kit(side skirt) can help? what did you hit? how is it from the inside when you open the door?

I would take it to the body shop and have it fixed right. You do have insurance don't you?

A limo cut me off on prom night last year and I hit a curb. The guy actually sped off and I didnt have a chance to catch the plate, and yes I have insurance.

You think that a lip kit would cover it well enough? This wouldnt cause any problems on the install would it?

it shouldnt, but for $2000 to fix it, dammm. id just get it best as you can yourself and if the door shuts good. how is the damage when you open it?

have it pulled out and painted over (you can do it) so it doesn't rust and cover it up with lip kit!!

I got the same problem except mine under my door and you cant notice it unless you look for it but a simple side skirt would cover mine up
