My clutch is sticking and squeeking!

this just happened recently today. it sort of squeeks every single time i press the clucth and for the first time about 15 mins ago, the clutch got stuck in the depressed position when i pressed it down, happened only once so far.. what do i do now? does it sometimes just squeek or do i need to lubricate something? thanks

return the car.. you are not suppose to have a cluthc

actually, the lady i bought it from said it had a cluthc so i bought it from her without even looking at the car. but seriously, what to do witht he CLUTCH? thanks
