Maxima & 300zx???

well, my cuzin just pickd up a 94 300zx non turbo.... from FL. and when he pickd it up on his way he calld me and told me all this "BS" that its hella fast, and it will "smoke" my nearly stock MAX. He never drove the max! so i was just wonderin isnt the 300zx about the same as a MAX, but that its 2drs, and RWD.

P.S> cant wait for him to get back home, so i can try him.

my friend has a completly stock 300zx NA AUTO.
the 300zx feels SLIGHTLY slower downlow but it def.ly has more high rpm power compare to the maxima(auto).
Auto to Auto, the 300zx will def.ly win from a high speed roll.

i am gonna continue the flamage on you.....300zx N/A are significantly heavier than a 5spd 4th gen.....the motor is totally different...iron block different heads variable cam timing i believe.....and 222hp thru a RWD setup with more drivetrain loss than FWD....hence the fat pig known as a N/A 300zx is slower than a 4th gen 5spd....I have also killed couple of N/A Zs here in the buffalo area...
