what struts are best for a lowered car

car is lowered with some monroes!!! ride is horrible, any little crack on the road seems like its going to make the struts go thru the hood. i knew it was going to be bad ones i lowered my car, but not this bad. what struts do you guys recommend and how is the ride in your cars?
by the way i just replaced my center console for the one of 98, damn thing works good and looks bad @$$

Tokico blues are okay but if you are dropped pretty low say with S-techs, then definitely get the illuminas.

what the heck are monroes? they make springs? i thought they were just shocks. and deffinitely didn't know they made springs for 4th gens! go with illuminas. no worries of a jarring ride there!

*sigh* i hate to admit it, but that's the way to go. unless you get used parts, it's pretty much the same price. the thing that turned me away was people said the coil threads would basically rust and threads break. that's the last time i listen to friends!
