drop resistor mod

I've heard people talking about the WOT drop resistor mod. What is it and what does it do?

Causes your trans to shift at full line pressure for very firm shifts by disconnecting the drop resistor. Check the stickies for more. Also, only use this with a WOT switch or you'll kill your trans.

Not really worth it unless you drag alot at the strip even then its debateble IMO.
