I got new PIAA H3s to put in, but I cannot seem to get the first phillips screw to come out on either side! Is it a snap that looks like a screw or what? Any help please!

RE Fog's

I just realized you have a 97 so it's different then my classic 95 Max,but I came up with a totally different way to do it on mine and most likely yours too,try this go from behind the fogs from underneath your car and just unscrew a few srcrews from the black plastic underbody cover and then you should be able to just get at the fogs from behind.This is alot easier to do on my car then changing the bulbs the normal way.
