140mph???

Just curious...... Has anyone had their max to 140? Im afraid to get mine past 105mph due to the high miles but 140 does seem possible under the right conditions... Also 100mph is only about 3800-4000rpm with the auto trans if I can remember?

took mine up to 125 but slowed down cuz of state troopers had there radar on. I love speeding on the tollway. I got proof of going 100-105 but no more cause I need both hands on the steering wheel to go past 110

I was safely able to take it up to 120 but then the car struggles to go faster after that and I got scared cause traffic was comming up.

Road & Track rated the 95SE, 5-speed at 142 mph when the car was introduced. I surpassed that in my 95SE, 5-speed, in May 1997 as I was going in excess of 230 kmh (143 mph) at 8:00 AM on a divided 4-lane highway in the middle of nowhere.

I think the fastest I've been since is about 125 mph, which is attained effortlessly.

If my post are useless then why are you wasting your time reading them!! I'm just getting feedback from other maxima owners, that's it. I have plenty of knowlege about my car, I'm just getting other owners inputs.. If your not interested or thing the post is useless, then why bother reading and replying with your smart a** comments... Thanks to all who answered honestly

I forgot my password in August of 2000, but then had to re-register in December of 2000, so I know how that can be.

I have hit 115. No more though since I think I have messed up something (sadly I cannot identify what) underneath my front bumper.

Yeah not that its a big deal but ive hit 130 with studs. Scary as **** i might add. ive hit 135 with reg. tires. do it almost once a week in the summer. (wv troopers are the typiclal dounut eating slackers.) so there is no real chance for the fuzz to get me. the lack of cops of west virginia is a very nice thing.
