Megan Racing Exhaust need extra sensor pipe???

I own a 95 maxima and am planning on getting the Megan Racing Catback Exhaust for my car. In the description it says I need an extra sensor pipe to fit it. Can someone explain to me what this is for?

The rear O2 sensor? My Rear O2 sensor is screwed into my Magnaflow catalytic converter. There is no sensor in the pipes after the Cat.

You need a pipe that will connect the catalytic converter to the Megan Racing catback. The stock 97+ exhaust system has an "s pipe" that connects the catalytic converter to the Bpipe. If you buy the Megan Racing exhaust, they assume that you have this little 6" S Pipe. Since you don't have it, there will be a 6" gap between the Megan Racing B pipe and your catalytic converter. You will need to have a pipe fabricated to connect the B pipe to your cat (or you could buy the S pipe but that would be stupid because it's probably more expensive and more restrictive than just having a little pipe fabbed up). In the 97+ this little pipe is where the rear O2 sensor sits if I recall correctly, whereas in the 95-96 the rear O2 sensor is in the cat itself. That's what they are talking about.

Apex'i doesn't make the N1 catback for the maxima. Only the muffler.
