Installation needed

I want to get An Intake And exhuast upgrade..wondering what do you guys recommend(brand of intake and exhuast), the cost and if anyone here knows where i could get it done this weekend..im in brooklyn ...

Intake you can do it yourself, it easy, well that's if you are not do the Place Racing style CAI. For that you have to cut a 3" hole in your fender.
