what the ????

ok so first thing in the morning i wake up, do my morning crap, then i go out to my car. When i start the white lightning for the first time of the day, it starts quite rough, sometimes rougher than others. by rough i mean that the RPMs go up to where theyre supposed to, then drop...depending on how far they drop is how rough it is. for instance, yesterday they dropped to about 200RPMs before reving back up to 1200ish, today they only only dropped to 900. if i dont let my car warm up it will just start rapidly shaking while im driving...and by rapidly shaking i mean the whole car litterally shakes/vibrates.

anyideas what this is? 119,150miles on 99 max se.

what ive done so far:
-coils 2 days ago
-plugs 3 weeks ago
-fuel filter 3 weeks ago
-pcv valve 3 weeks ago
-fuel injector cleaner
-maf cleaner
-throttle body looked clean so i didnt attempt to clean it

I think one of the coils might still be bad, have you replaced with brand new coils?

could be a vacuum leak, have you removed your intake manifold lately?

It sounds like a vacuum issue, I agree w/ Zander. EGR?

no CEL.

i cleaned my maf by using the MAF cleaning stuff that you spray on and let dry.

i replaced my EGR valve about 5-6 months ago if that.

i replaced the coils with new ones.

i did take the intake off recently, but it has been doing it since before then.

has it been doing it since after the egr replacement? I remember the EGR was a pain to get threaded correctly, mainly because its really hard to see back there. I personally hate the back of that manifold. Too many bolts that I can't see. So I left the supporting ones off. Ok not on purpose, I dropped them and they disappeared into the engine bay, never to be found again... But your EGR might be leaking. I know mine was leaking alot because I was tired and didn't wanna work on the car any more and forgot to put them on. It would start up and stumble untill it died. If I gave it gas it would be ok, then mess up and eventually die.

im not positive how long its been doing it. i think it started about a month or 2 after the egr replacement (so its been doing it for about 3 months), but a shop did the replacement not me.

I would bring it back to the shop and talk to the person who worked on it.

It probably has something to do with the morning crap. Was everything normal there? Maybe you forgot to wipe.

You need to remove the IACV, take it apart and clean it out.
